1. Ownership & Authority

You confirm that:

• The information and story you submit are true to the best of your knowledge
• You have the right to share the content provided
• You have not knowingly included false, misleading, or defamatory information

2. Grant of Rights to Dez

You grant Dez Labs Private Limited (“Dez”) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to:

• Use, reproduce, publish, and display the submitted story
• Edit the content for clarity, length, and formatting
• Create excerpts, summaries, or adaptations
• Use the content across:
  • Dez website
  • Social media channels
  • Marketing and promotional materials
  • Press and media coverage
  • Investor and partner materials
  • Event presentations

This licence applies once:

• The caregiver has approved participation, and
• The nomination has been approved by Dez

3. Caregiver Consent Requirement

You acknowledge that:

• The nominated caregiver must approve participation before any content is published
• Dez will not publish or use the nomination publicly without caregiver approval

4. Public Identification

You understand that:

• Anonymous submissions are not permitted
• Submitted names may be used publicly if approved

5. Content Standards

You agree not to include:

• Sensitive personal or medical details
• Confidential information
• Accusations or claims about individuals or organisations
• Content that is offensive, defamatory, or misleading

Dez reserves the right to:

• Edit, decline, or remove any submission that does not meet these standards

6. No Compensation

You acknowledge that:

• No payment is provided for submitted content
• Participation is voluntary
• Only official program awards apply where applicable

7. Withdrawal

You may request withdrawal prior to publication.

Once content has been published:

• Dez will make reasonable efforts to remove it from owned platforms
• Removal from third-party or previously distributed materials cannot be guaranteed

8. Final Decision

Dez reserves the right to:

• Approve or reject any nomination
• Determine how content is used
• Make final decisions on participation and publication

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
