1. Participation Approval

You confirm that:

• You have been nominated for the Caregiver Champion Program
• You voluntarily agree to participate
• You understand your nomination may be publicly shared

2. Grant of Rights to Dez

You grant Dez Labs Private Limited (“Dez”) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to:

• Use your name, story, and submitted content
• Use any images or videos you provide (if applicable)
• Publish and display your nomination
• Edit content for clarity and formatting (without changing meaning)
• Use your content across:
  • Dez website
  • Social media platforms
  • Marketing and promotional materials
  • Press and media coverage
  • Investor and partner materials
  • Events and presentations

3. Public Recognition

You acknowledge that:

• Your name and story may be publicly visible
• You may be featured in public voting cycles
• Your nomination may be shared globally

4. Public Identification

You understand that:

• Participation requires public identification
• Anonymous participation is not permitted

5. No Compensation

You acknowledge that:

• Participation is voluntary
• No payment is provided for content usage
• Only official program awards apply (if selected)

6. Withdrawal

You may withdraw from the program at any time.

Upon withdrawal:

• Dez will cease future use of your content
• Reasonable efforts will be made to remove content from Dez-owned platforms
• Removal from third-party or previously distributed materials cannot be guaranteed

7. Data & Privacy

Your information will be used for:

• Program administration
• Communication related to your nomination
• Product development and research

Dez will not sell your personal data.

8. Final Decision

You acknowledge that:

• Dez reserves the right to determine participation, publication, and program outcomes
• Not all approved nominations will be included in voting cycles

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
